We represent a number of insurers and regularly work with third party administrators to bring about successful resolutions of workers' compensation disputes. We selectively undertake representation of injured workers who have sustained serious injury. Our practice in the field covers the entire state and we regularly travel to North and Eastern Idaho to serve the interests of our clients. Our experienced attorneys and paralegals allow us to do the "little things" that increase the likelihood of a successful resolution either through traditional negotiations, alternative dispute resolutions or actual hearings before the Industrial Commission.
